Atherton homes for sale under $2M are only 4 of the 35 homes currently on the market (not including those in escrow). As in many Silicon Valley cities, Atherton home prices are returning to the higher levels of previous years.
A word of caution: we have a price reduction for one of the homes on this week’s list and had three reductions on a similar list for neighboring Palo Alto (homes under $1M). This may mark a cooling spell for Silicon Valley home values in the middle of the summer heat.
