KB Homes is building again in Irvine
KB Homes plans to start selling many new tracts in the Irvine area. It is good to see. We know we look at the statistics we see and know that we need more inventory. Thank goodness the developers are once again helping and developing in the area. It is just one more sign that the market is going well.
Thank you KB Homes for the leadership in developing more hosing for the area.
That is good info for the area. Where new development exists all home sell faster.
It's good to see that kind of growth, if builders don't start building more again soon, their won't be enough homes out there!
Tim, Irvine is such a great place to live. I am so glad there is an opportunity for new construction. We have had lots of that going on here in Colorado.
