Kathy,
Good lists of adjectives. My pet peeve is homes that boast granite counters and other luxuries...It is a grammatical error, a home is an inanimate object and cannot boast, and everyone's parent told them that boasting is a no-no! LOL A
Excellent advice for listing agents. Much of the time, comments on listings fail to provide the information desired by prospective purchasers.
Thanks for the comments... and Roy-- thank you for the flower! :-) K
Kathy I had not thought of that before, but after reading your blog it makes sense.
Kathy, I would be careful about using those words to describe a listing.
I like the "up and coming neighborhood" what that really means, isn't that the truth.
Yeah I would not like to use those words either as all buyers now know what they mean. I think your suggestion is better.
Thank you so much Marti! I am honored! Kathy
Oh brother.....now I am going to freak out everytime I have to input a new listing. I hear what you are saying. How about if I do this.........in this Realtor's opinion, the fews are fabulous and the living room is cozy?
