We just heard something from one of our spiritual children via a Facebook post. It is good to see some are blossoming under the Son while off at college. The following was posted on her Facebook page... written by her. Enjoy.

Dear Daughter/(Son), Bride of my Son,
How easily you forget my deep, passionate, unfailing love for you. Did I not send my dearly beloved, only Son to die so that we might share an eternity of enjoying and reveling in each others’ company? If you would only disregard your feeble ability to rely on yourself, you would experience such freedom and joy as never before. How I long for you to turn your eyes to look unwaveringly to me. It pains me to watch you willingly abandon my path for cheap pleasures, only to get lost in a world of darkness and forget the faith that enables me to woo you properly and hold your hand, guiding you as you follow me. My jealousy for you is unsurpassed; you yearn to place your heart into hands that may break it, while I cry out for you to place it in MY capable hands, so that a man worthy of it will receive your Father’s blessing. And yet I continue to love you, even as your unbelief handcuffs my arms behind my back so that I am unable to hold your hand. Do you so easily forget the faithfulness of your Father? Is my most profound demonstration of love - Christ dying for you even though you didn’t deserve it - not enough to overwhelm you and move you to trust that my love satisfies? You claim you want to be madly in love with me. So why aren’t you? There is no love you can find on earth that will ever match mine. I treasure you; do you treasure me? If you would only set your eyes to lock on mine and extend your hand in faith for me to grasp it and lead you, your life would drastically change, and you’d embark on the greatest journey imaginable. If you would only lift the other foot off the cliff and jump, I would catch you. I promise.
~ Your Maker
Remember today my brothers and sisters... it's only the things we can't see that are eternal, what we do see is just temporary. We have the choice to see or not to see. I pray you all choose to see that which can't be seen. Thanks to Ashley for posting such unbelievable wisdom for a 19 year old.
