Life Happens Everyday!  Or Not!  Live for the Day!

Finally Friday!  Friday Already?  More often than not it seems that my thoughts about welcoming Friday are "Friday already?"  The weeks fly by and I often find myself wishing for just one more day or one more hour.  This morning the first thing I notice, as always, driving up to my office is the American flag.  I may come and go several times in the day, but I always see my flag and it makes me smile, feel proud, thankful and oddly safe.  

Life happens!  Regardless of my plan for the day and I never really know exactly what will happen or how many twists and turns my plan for the day will take.  My goal is to stay focused while remaining flexible and open to the day.

With age comes wisdom - hopefully!  I don't know what special surprises life has in store for me today.  What I do know is I will take ownership of my day, taking control and will not let it control me. I will remain focused, yet flexible and open.  I will look for the good in everything rather than focus on the bad and will remain positive.  I will forgive or forget the rest and move on with my day staying on target and adjusting as necessary.

Friday already?  WOW, the week flew by and many good things happened and new doors opened both personally and in my business.  There were bumps in the road this week, but nothing I could not handle and good came out of every situation. 

Happy Friday!  It's a great day in Rockwall County!
