Developer KB Homes is building again in Irvine
KB Homes plans to start selling many new tracts in the Irvine area. It is good to see. We know we look at the statistics we see and know that we need more inventory. Thank goodness the developers are once again helping and developing in the area. It is just one more sign that the market is going well.
This is one of many developers in the area that are begining to build homes once again. It is important because when they start selling the activity attracts more buyers to the area. The area will sell more homes where development is at play.
