Well, it takes one to know one.  Sorry, that was too easy!

Surprised he didn't fly the coop or attack the intruder in his territory!

It is always get to have a camera handy. A few years ago, you normally wouldn't have a camera available to you.

I have gotten some amazing photos, by just pulling over and taking the shot.

Joe, That is so true. I try to have a camera handy at all time also. Always have my phone as a back up now.

Jim, They are some pretty big birds. I like see them around. A friend was jut telling me today a neighbor of his car got attacked by a Tom just recently. They slowed down to take a peek and then the Turkey went after the car.

That's what I was saying above - you are lucky that little big fellow didn't come at you!  Good luck fighting that off.  He looks like something my grandmother would have loved to stuff for Thanksgiving.

Jay, Yeah those big bird can get aggressive. I had a friend that had an attack goose once. He warned everyone coming to the house to be weary of the "Goose".

In that case it would pay to bring an umbrella with you!  Opening that at a goose while running at him would freak him out!
