Or you can ask your agent to send you listings of houses that fits your budget.
4. Be suspicious and paranoid. If you have good reasons to doubt the motives or actions of your agent, then find a new one. But if you are just distrustful of your agent for no reason, then you might as well be better without him. An agent can be your best friend during the entire process of buying a home. So try to be considerate, be a good friend and see the result.
