Chris Ann -- you are right the front porch of this Braemar Carriage Home really enhances the curb appeal. Good luck with this new short sale property.
Good Morning Chris Ann, Congratulations on your new listing, they sure choose the right agent in Braemar. What a beautifu home, it should sell quickly.... Have a great Tuesday.
Hi Chris Ann, What a great listing, the people pick the right agent to get the job done. Now go and sell it!
Michael: These front porches are so cute. And when it snows, it looks like these homes belong under a Christmas tree.
Scott: Judging from initial response, I think it will be under contract by the end of the week.
Will: Absolutely. Nothing but the best for my Braemar sellers.
What it is a partial bath, Chris Ann? Is it a 1/4 bath or a 1/2 bath? I love the way people describe homes in other parts of the country. But a partial bath sounds like a bath that wasn't finished, and I know that's not the case in this lovely home. We don't have 3/4 baths in California, for example, but they do in Minnesota. It's a bath with a shower and not a tub, btw.
Elizabeth: It's a powder room with a toilet and sink. In our area of the country, a bathroom is full if you add something like a tub or shower or a combo of them both.
Simply a charming home. Congratulations Chris Ann, it's a lovely listing and I know you'll get it sold in no time...
Where do you suppose they got the name "powder room?" I mean, I realize if you're at a restaurant and get up to go the restroom you might say you are going to powder your nose (not me, of course), even though nobody carries around a compact with face powder anymore except maybe that makeup artist who followed me around town during my photo shoot last month. Always pawing at my face. But you wouldn't say that at somebody's house, would you? So why would you call it a powder room?
Debb: Thanks. I love these carriage homes with covered front porches.
Elizabeth: Because it sounds nicer than half bath I guess.
