It's been a pretty brisk market in the Westridge Knolls neighborhood this year. We've seen 15 homes sell between January and June with an average days on market for these listings sitting at 46.

The average Days on Market show a significant improvement over 2011 and 2010 and more along the lines with 2009 and 2008. We love seeing that the homes are selling at a brisk rate.
