Rudy's Pizzeria, Grand Opening, Cedaredge, Colorado. It's about time we had some great pizza and Rudy's is doing just that. Rudy's Pizzeria in Cedaredge, Colorado just opened it's doors on Sunday, and has officially added it's name to the Cedaredge, CO restaurant lineup.

Rudy's Pizzeria, Grand Opening, Cedaredge, Colorado Check out this pie. This is a sausage, olive and mushroom pizza. I tried the sausage and sauerkraut pizza, and it was great.

There are a lot of different choices on the menu, or you can create your own perfect pizza. Rudy will serve it up hot to you right there, or you can call in your order and wait for the free delivery.

Hi, Debbie...It's really very good on pizza. There was a pizza place where I grew up that used it on their signature pizza, and this is the only time since that I've seen anyone offer it on pizza.

Hi, Rob...I think they will do very well. Many months ago, we lost the only 'real' pizza place we had. They had been there over 10 years in spite of having just average pizza. I think Rudy's will do very well, because they have good pizza.

Hi, Donna...well I hope to see you in 2013 if not before. Do you go to the CAR Convention? I go every year.

Debbie~ I've never been to the CAR convention. I don't typically like large scale conventions, I like things on a smaller, more intimate scale.

I believe the date is Oct 14. I'll get in on that Sunday to take the CREC class which is included free as part of your admission fee. I'll probably be staying at the Downtown Sheraton which is where the event is held.

Uh oh! I'm going to have another surgery in October and I was planning for early in the month. Not sure how long the recovery will be, but I'm quite sure it won't be THAT quick. I have an appointment with my surgeon next month. We'll see what he says.

Wow...I hope it's nothing serious. Maybe some of us Colorado AR members should plan a weekend away for a meetup...like at a hotsprings or some other neat place. That might be a lot of fun.

It's a deal, Donna. Just let me know when you are ready and we'll release our plans to do a CO meetup. You know I hope to be in the Salida area the Sunday and Monday before Thanksgiving. It all depends on my daughter and how much school she misses this fall. She has a chronic medical condition. She gets about two migraines a week. It's all very frustrating.
