The Sherwood Park real estate market remained strong for the month of June with  prices continuing to rise slightly.  Home sale prices are about the same as they were in June 2011 with the number selling almost identical as well.  Although interest rates have remained low, I expect sales to slow down for July and prices to remain stable given the summer and changes in government regulation to mortgage policies.  There are still though, a lot of great deals to be found!
