It's always interesting to compare the extremes of the market in any given month. Seeing those swings can certainly put some context to the median home prices, which are simply the mid-point of either end of the market for that month.

short sale went pending in February, and closed
in June. The sale price was considerably less
than two properties of similar size (regular sales)
that sold in March for $102,000 and $126,000.
1641 Call of the Wild $850,000. This property was originally priced at $899,000 and went pending in November of last year, but closed in June 2012. Another home in this same development with less square feet sold for $929,000 in May of this year. Both were regular sales.
