A. Delivering hard news.
Q. In qualifying buyers is there one issue that you see more than others and if so, what is it?
A. Each transaction is completely different from the next one. Just make sure you give your lender all of the information they need to structure a complete file.
Q. If you could only give one piece of advice to every buyer what would it be?
A. Know what is on your credit report and be honest with your lender.
Q. What's your favorite thing to do away from work?
A. Playing with my children and sand volleyball.
