For those who loved the previous miniseries of "Lonesome Dove" you will be happy to know tonight the prequel "COMANCHE MOON" starts on CBS TV at 8:00 p.m. CST for three nights. The second part will be on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. CST and the last part will be on Wednesday Jan 16 at 8:00 p.m. CST.
If this one is as good as the ones in the past, it is one you don't want to miss.
Kay the first episode was awesome I missed the first 30 minutes but Im going to try to find it online today before tonights episode. I hope you have enjoyed it too!

Executive producers, Diana Ossana, Larry McMurtry, Paul Frank, Adam Shulman, Julie Yorn; producer, Dyson Lovell; director, Simon Wincer - you all should be ashamed of yourself for destroying this great legacy. Lonesome Dove is my favorite all time movie and I own and respect the other prequels and sequels to it as well but Comanche Moon is down-right embarrassing! Steve Zahn is terrific as Duvall's younger Gus McCrae, but everyone and everything else is a let down. You even managed make Wes Studi look like a bad actor! Larry, how could you let them do this to your work? You should all be ashamed.
