Rich, this is so basic...but we are in a business that seems to do lots of business training but little in the way of sales training.
Good qualifying questions - may add "how" to the list!! Regards Dave

This video proves my point. Five years ago, a monkey could sell real estate. Now, a real estate agent need a "basic" level of intellegence to ask the simplest of questions. My philosphy, if someone can't figure this out on their own, how did they get their license in the first place???
