Gary:  Interesting info and stats here ... and I think you're right.  If people's money is loosening up enough that they are once again traveling with more frequency ... home buying will rise too.  My wife used to do marketing for a travel agency.  One stat we always found interesting ... was the #1 activity performed during travel.  Shopping!  Now THAT will say alot about the possibilities for our housing market too, should people decide to travel more often ...

Good post.  We are seeing an increase in visitors in the Albuquerque area and home sales have picked up and are doing much better too.  I see things getting better in all areas.  I am an optimist and rather see the glass half full unlike the news where they still see it as half empty.
