The Village at Carlsbad. New apartment community in Carlsbad.

This is the latest new construction here in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

This will be a apartment complex community with a lot of amenities for the everyone to enjoy.

As in the sign above, it looks like it's going to be quite a place to live.

New construction just started for senior complex.

As you can see there are only a couple of walls being erected at the site. But it won't take long untill there will be a lot of walls and buildings in the construction phases.

Here is a look at all the lumber they have waiting to get installed and erected. They have the underground infrastructure about 90% complete. Now they can concentrate on building the Village as intended. This will be a great addition to owr great City and for the entire Eddy County as well.

Located on the National Parks Highway on the south side of the city. There are so many options for the new residents that want to move to or looking for a better place to live in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Clint, great to have but i have to tell you that so many elderly and i mean over 75+ citizens consider it for 'old' people and don't frequent ours here which is outstanding...I hope yours has a better pull because a community support spirit is always good for your health.

I went by there last night and they already had the walls of the first two buildings up and ready for trusses.

That was quick. I took the shots just the day before.

Here there is a high demand for the senior community like this one. There are three of them in town and all three have a waiting list that average two years. I hope it is all it says it's going to be.

No the "ant hill" was removed along with the few "mole hills" that were there.

They thought they might get tripped by leaving them in place. LOl

Let's keep America building! Baby Boomers need to find places to live and this one sounds like something people should check out. I love to hear when cities are building - that means there are jobs. When there are jobs, people relocate and they can by houses too.
