Another David Weekley Homes in Cinco Ranch SOLD! I did not even have time to list the home on Active Rain because it is not even finished. We are due to finish late July we wrote up the deal today! Yeah! I get call from my partner on my day off and he said the realtor and her buyers are here! I told her I was 30 minutes out but would be. It was my planned blog for later this month when the home would be finished! Oh well I guess I will just have to put the old thinking cap on!

 Folks, homes are selling, you do not have 3 or 4 days to think about it 2 other people lost out on this home as many folks saw it this weekend and loved it! First one with a check wins! If you truly like a home know it can be gone.
