Lenn, I know you're a researcher but do you compile your own info or does your MLS do that for you? Our MLS has good statistical reports, but they're always more than a month behind, so I have to compile my own if I don't want to wait until it's old news.  As a result, I know how much time it takes to make up one of these entries and I admire the work you put into it.
