Mr. President it is not as simple as BLACK and WHITE, blaming President Bush is 4 years too much, Blaming the Congress you have only had for less than 2 years when you had your own puppets for 2 full years and blaming the guy your running against for what could be is getting OLD, TIRING and makes you look PETTY.

What have you done for 4 years better yet as a Realtor what have you done for Real Estate. Foreclosures will be here for at least 6 years because of HARP and your Moratoriums not to mention your Buddy's ROBO sign fiasco, BTW did we prosecute anyone for that or will you give them a pardon or a sweetheart deal like Eric Holder. No One is Born with hatred

BTW before anyone says this is expected from a Republician, I am a life long Democrat and I blame Rush Limbaugh for Obama being President.

Thursday, October 7th, President Obama used his pocket veto on a bill that would have made it easier for the courts to clear foreclosures.  The presidents lack of business fundamentals is staggering.  You let markets reach their bottom so that recovery can begin.

Postponing foreclosures only prolongs the day of reckoning.  Let the healing begin with the bad mortgages being absorbed by the economy.  Supply and demand should be determining markets health not artificial props from the Obama government.  Almosta trillion dollars spent on improving the economy.  We have higher unemployment at 9.6% with the true employment rate closer to 17%.

This bill would have erased the uncertainty of the title process.  Ask your favorite title company about insuring a Bank of America, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, etc. foreclosure resale.  Not going to happen.  They have all these other foreclosure resales that have happened in the last year that they gave clean titles to.  The bill that President Obama vetoed would have eased fears.

I have not heard about one home owner saying that they were paying their bills and lost their home to foreclosure.  Not one.  The lack of personal responsibilityis concerning.  Let me set up this scenario.  You and your next door neighbor bought your homes on the same day and paid the same price.  You are both upside down.  You struggle to pay your mortgage.  Your neighbor is now living rent free for who knows how long.  President Obama is setting up the crisis in morality because of his inability to do whats right.

The series of plunders causing some many unintended consequences is killing this economy.  Who in President's circle of insiders has ever run a business?  Nov.2 can be a start to take back our government from progressives who think profits are immoral.
