Exploring North Carolina
Right now my family and I are packing for a little Hahn Family Adventure across the great state of North Carolina. We are starting with a trip to the NC Museum of Natural Sciences followed by a concert & dinner with a great friend in Raleigh. The next day, we are heading to Asheboro to spend the day at the fabulous NC Zoo. After we see all the animals, we are heading to Mount Morrow State Park in Albemarle, NC for a little camping, hiking, canoeing and marshmallow roasting. After a couple of days there, we will start heading back home, making a little stop at the Cliffs of the Neuse State Park, and we will enjoy every second of it.... I'm sure!
We feel very fortunate to live, work & play in such a beautiful place as North Carolina. From the mountains to the sea and everything in between.
Of course, there is no place like home, and while I know we'll have a great time enjoying our little adventure, I always love to arrive back on the Crystal Coast and breathe in the salty sea air, feel the gentle breeze off the Atlantic Ocean and hear the sound of the waves crashing upon the shore.
Ahhhh...... Life is Good!
"The cure for anything is salt water - sweat, tears, or the sea."
