So that we may better serve you, please take a few minutes to answer the following questions.


Section I: Mortgage Finance
Have you been prequalified by a lender?  Yes__    No__
If “yes,” Is the lender someone you found on the Internet? Yes__ No__
Would you be willing to speak to one of our trusted mortgage sources? Yes__ No__

Section II: Attorney Selection
Have you chosen an attorney? Yes__ No__
Would you be willing to speak to one of our trusted attorney sources? Yes__ No__

If you have chosen an attorney, Please answer the following:
Is real estate part of their regular practice?  Yes__ No__
Is this county where they typically practice law?  Yes__ No__

Are they a blood relative or close family friend?  Yes__ No__
If “yes” to the above, are they giving you a “discount?” Yes__ No__

In choosing your lawyer, did you ever say/think “what can possibly go wrong?” Yes__ No__

Section III: Parental Assistance
Will your parents be assisting you, financially or the decision process? Yes__ No__

If you answered “yes,” to the last question, have your parents accepted the fact that you have grown up to adulthood and are capable of functioning in society? Yes__ No__ Unsure__

Will your parents see homes with us as we tour, or wait until we troll through three dozen or more dumps before killing the one acceptable deal that fits your budget? Yes__No__ 5th__

Section IV: Role of Buyer Agent

The Buyer agent is a trusted advisor whose professionalism will aid me in my purchase. True__  False__
