Toni very informative report on the first half of the year in Port Richey, FL. Looks like inventory is down and sales up over the first quarter.
Toni, looks like short sales are still rearing their ugly heads, and hope your market shows strong sales for the final quarters of 2012!

Toni my friend, I'm sure sorry for being a late getting by to leave a comment on this here mighty fine looking Homes Sales for New Port Richey! Folks folks sure are going to fine it to be mighty helpful for them.
