A long time ago in a real estate office far, far away a lone real estate broker was faced with the task of generating new business.  It is a period of difficult online marketing.  The broker, using the IDX feed on his website scored a small victory by getting some leads.

While blogging on Activerain, the broker discovered IMSD - Internet Marketing Specialist Designation - and the ultimate weapon in the online war for leads.  Getting the IMSD certification would give enough online marketing power to destroy the competition.

Pursued by relentless competitors, the broker took the classes and used the Craigslist advertising to create 6 news leads in one week from one ad.  The competitors are on the run...

 

For anyone considering the myriad designations offered out there, IMSD is surely one of the best programs to consider.  Unlike many sales and marketing classes that offer little in specific details or examples, the IMSD program delivers actual usable content that can be put to use immediately.  While listening to the class online, I paused, put the lessons to use, and got leads within hours.  There is no better proof point of how good it is!

Does it keep working?  Yes!  My team has continued to use the online advertising strategies presented in the IMSD program and we've found success similar to the initial trial.  Of course, results vary and you do need to continually reinvent the ads to stay current.  All the pieces are there you just have to put them to use.

Even if you just do ONE part of the IMSD program, it will pay for itself with the first client.  If you're in a high volume market with a lot of transactions, I'll bet its even more successful that I've seen.  Give it a try.

Bryan, I,m not surprised that it works. IMSD and AR and other RE companies are owned by Market Leader. Most everything they own works great except for Real Estate.com
