Inteeresting - note to self .... build a segment of the business on marketing to potential short sale sellers.  I just wonder what happens to folks after they sell the house, how much trouble do they have renting?

They just don't seem to get it for one reason or another. I suppose it is because they are so big they can't see the forest for the trees.
