Fabulous Family Seeks Newer Evergreen Home for Rent $3000K- by July 26

I have a fabulous family moving back to Silicon Valley shortly who is looking for a newer Evergreen home, at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for rent in the Evergreen area of San Jose, Calif. for ~$3,000 or less-and ideally with a move in date of July 26, 2012.

They are a lovely, quiet and meticulously clean family with two elementary school aged sons. They lived in Evergreen before and would love to move back to a newer home (~15 years or newer) in either Matsumoto or Carolyn Clark Elementary with either Chaboya or Quimby Oak Middle.

I already have a completed rental application and references. These are past clients of mine who are in a circle of friends of another half-dozen past clients, so I know them very well.
