Good morning, Liz and Bill --- homes with this much acreage is mostly uncommon in our area so I'm sure Timberlake has much appeal for those who live country living yet the conveniences of a bigger city and good schools not so far away.

Michael, Land we have out here and lots of it still undeveloped.  What we typically have a scarcity of are homes like these with 2-5 acre lots that are close enough to the interstate to make a commute easy.  The prices are about double the median for our area, so the price point doesn't appeal to everyone obviously.
