13 Comments on Gazpacho with a little twist - perfect on these hot and sunny days!
Am going to try this one...dinner tonight! Appreciated.
Li - enjoy it my friend!
If you can find cilantro-lime salt, it is gorgeous on this too (even though that is not very spanish!)
Hi Susan, Putting the items on my grocery list to give it a try, sounds great. Hope you have a good day.
Will - if you have the grill on for something else, say the day before, roast/grill some red peppers! (roasted corn works too but leave the kernels whole for garnish) Gorgeous in soups as I'm sure you know.
Susan,
Sounds yummy! This will be on our table tonight.
Yum Yum Yum if I do say so myself! We'll be having that again some time soon.
Susan, the Mango has piqued my curiosity enough to send this to Helen.
Hi Chris - just makes it that little bit different!
Sounds delicious GG, I especially like the "mango twist"................
