My thoughts?  If a property is  inherently good, in a location that is oh so prime, with a design that is so far above its competition, the offers to partner will be coming in.  Bruce Eichner, developer of the Cosmo, will have to sift through those offers & my bet is that any delays will be beneficial to the owners who have purchased these units in the preconstruction stage. Kirk Kerkorian & MGM Mirage corp sold 50% of CityCenter to Dubai - and the design & vision of the Cosmo is equally as stunning if not much more so, with every hotel-condo unit featuring sweeping balconies offering amazing views of the Bellagio Fountains & the CityCenter project.  From what we understand - sales are down to several hundred units in, with over a thousand sold in hard contract.  Seems to be an investors sure bet.  Location! Location! Location!  Stay tuned for updates.

There is so much construction going on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard & Harmon that the dust is turning like crazy & cranes are in the air a plenty. Exciting time for real estate around the Las Vegas strip!

I have never visited Las Vegas but all the recent attention has made it a destination on my trip list. I don't know if I'd like to live there, but from what I hear...I've GOT to visit. Even though I don't gamble or drink, there are shows and I hear lots of new family activities.

The Signature at MGM Grand is a great place to stay.  Guard Gated Luxury high rise condos with amazing interiors, at terrific rates.  There is a people mover from the towers to the MGM Grand so you geta nice relaxing vibe in the hotel ( non gaming - non smoking) and yet you are a quick hop, skip, & jump to the action.  Coming from beautiful Colorado Springs, you might find this a perfect choice. 

 I have a few clients who are managing their own units, rather than turning them over to the hotel rental program, and they are really competitive for a longer term stay.  If you do decide to visit, let me know & I will pass your info to them.
