Nice work, Kathy!! Hey...I was over in your neck of the woods yesterday evening. It's amazing how the weather can shift from 68 degrees at the Caldecott tunnel entry (heading east), and emerge on the other side at 98! I should have brought a change of clothing.
This is great work Kathy. I do alot of commercial work as well and it is so important for businesses to have the first impression for their clients be a great one just as a home owner must do for a buyer.
Kathy ~ What a huge improvement "staging" made for this small business. Now they can be proud to have their clients visit them! Thanks for reminding everyone that home stagers can help offices look and flow better, too!
David.....THANKS!! And yes what a difference that tunnel makes.....60's to 90's in under a mile!! And it was even HOTTER at my house in Danville....104!
Shar......This is a fun project to see the update and hear all the great feedback. THANKS!!
Maureen.....THANKS....at first it seemed a bit daunting but then it all came together!
Hi Kathy,
The office looks so inviting... the reduction of a few furniture pieces and Artwork placed in just the right places gives the office new life and style and now ready for company! Very nicely done, Kathy!
I love the chairs in the reception area. Where did you find them? They are a treasure.
Linda.....THANKS! I found those chairs (along with the art, new conference table & credenza in the entry) at Scandinavian Designs. We have one in Concord....not sure if they are in Marin but there is one in Berkeley!
Kathy - What a fun project. It's nice to mix things up a bit with some re-design. The after photos show an office that's so much more up to date and current. Great job!
Sally.....It was fun and something out of the box!
It's beautiful, Kathy. You did an amazing job!
Congratulations. Your "office" staging is being posted in the group Staging Before and After Pictures.
Kathy
Nice job Kathy! The office looks like a plesant place to work. I've never thought about marketing to small business. It's a great idea.
Kathy, I love your transformations! You really elevated the look of this office! What a great area to develop for your business!
Hi Kathy, I bet the productivity rate has climbed in the new space as well. Love the foyer chairs. Mid century modern furniture is going to be the next big thing in decor so your design of their space will let their visitors feel like they have walked into a business on top of their game. First impressions are everything as we all well know.
