Put the phone down!

I don't know about you, but I'm not coordinated enough to drive and talk on the phone at the same time. So I very rarely do it. But I thought it a bit ironic this morning when I got cut off in an intersection on Rainier Avenue by a gal talking on her cellphone as I was coming into the International District in Seattle with this on the back of her Mini...

PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND NOBODY GETS HURT.

I couldn't help but think you could take that a couple of different ways.
Was she talking to me?

Just in case, when the light turned green, I put my phone down.

Rene, It ought to be outlawed...Oh that's right, it is. Someone is going to get hurt if it continues.

I'm a hands free guy.... I drive with my knee while looking at MLS directions while taling on my cell.  Well I use too but Debbie had fits each time and I got " the look."  You know the one with daggers so now I plug in my GPS before pulling out for the next home and use a blue tooth for the phone and use my hands for driving.  Her words just yesterday, " Look if you want to die, do it without me in the truck.  Got it?"  I got it alright....

Hi Debbie: That's right, it is... I'm sure that's why I see 2 out 10 drivers not talking on them! :O)

Sounds like she should have taken her own advise. I'm glad she didn't hit you while talking on her phone. I thought you had to have a hands free device to talk on the phone in Washington.
