Holmes Point Real Estate Trends

The available homes for sale in  the Holmes Point area is just about at the same level it was at in July of 2010.  Inventory and prices of houses starting trending downward in July of 2010 and prices didn’t start to increase until after inventory levels increase sufficiently in January of 2011.

The same pattern happened in 2011 with the cuts being a little bit deeper.  In July of 2012 we are seeing price trending upward and inventory started to come down which is the way a normal market should react.
