How to Keep in Touch Automatically

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Happy Grasshopper

We've had a lot of clients share their results and experiences with Happy Grasshopper here on the rain. I thought we'd share one of our own success stories.

Yup, that's right.  We use Happy Grasshopper at Happy Grasshopper!

Here's an email that our CEO Dan sent to Kyle Paice from Rent Juice:

Notice there is no selling, no real mention of business past his email signature.

Here’s his reply:

Dan first met Kyle at an Xplode event.  At the time he didn't know where there relationship would go, he just knew Kyle was a nice guy.  There was no immediate need that they could fill for each other, but he wanted to keep in touch.

Several months later, Dan was still reaching out via Happy Grasshopper and Kyle decided to reach back.  The best part -- Dan was doing all of this automatically.

There was no need for him to craft a specialized marketing message or hit Kyle with the right offer.  Fun and friendly worked perfectly.

Why not test drive Happy Grasshopper yourself?  You could be our next success story!

Interesting concept.  I think I'm going to investigate a little more.  How can the e-mails truly be personal if generated by a computer, hmmmmmmmm.

Chris and Dick - You have the flexibility to add however much personality you want to them.  The real key is that they are interesting and not about you and your business.  One of the ways you build relationships is to make enough small talk until you find some common ground that leads to deeper discussion.  Think of these messages as conversation starters.

I was thinking we could use a regular AR post if you did not want to use the post that Grasshopper provides. However, they have a lot to chose from and I just normally use their stuff with maybe a little doctoring!
