8 Comments on Granite Bay, CA - Residential Lots & Land Sales (2nd Quarter 2012)
I had never heard of a bank foreclosing on land before. But, I guess that can happen, too. Some of those prices are amazing even around here for prime lots.
Ron, there are many parcels of land here in Placer County that have been foreclosed on. These prices from Q2 sales in Granite Bay really do vary greatly, depending upon the location and situation. The #7 lot sold way under what I thought was market value and the #4 lot was the opposite...but in the end, it's the buyer and seller who determine market value based on the price THEY agree upon. I'm just a REALTOR:)

Congratulations on crossing over that 700k point milestone here in ActiveRain!!!!
Looks like short sales are a smaller part of your inventory these days, Leilani. We are seeing that too. Congrats on hitting over 700K
