First I want to congratulate and thank my Rhode Island home buyers. They made good choices, bought good homes, and that makes me happy. Thank you for being such great people to work with while purchasing your home.

"I have a vision", said this buyer. From day one she saw this house as her home. I can't wait to see her vision come to life.
Back to Photo 1 - "I want a home and I want it now". If knowing what you want and a no quit drive was a college degree this buyer's grade point average would be a 4.0.
I'm a Single Lady So Put Your Hands Up
Cuz I Just Bought A Home!
That's right "I have a vision" and "I want a home and I want it now" both single ladies who work hard every day, do the right thing, have earned and deserve to get what they want.
Photo 2 - "Bust my Butt Every Day and Never Complain". Sometimes I just wanted to shake a reaction out of him. lol I think I have met my match here. Businessman works seven days a week 12-14 hours, husband, father of two with one on the way. Who am I kidding he beat me by leaps and bounds. I remember saying one time, "I don't know how you do it. Do you ever get upset?" Response, "Sometimes." As simple as that.
I don't even know the words to tell you how impressed and how much I respect these homebuyers.
So you see I don't need statistics from surveys or reports from officials to tell me homeownership matters. Buyers are dedicated, working hard, and not giving up on homeownership. It is not easy buying a home after what the real estate market is been through and I don't think they realize what they accomplished. Well maybe "Bust my Butt Every Day and Never Complain" but I expect he will be a millionaire. lol
Wait until I tell you about the next buyers when I get them a home or by all rights when we get them a home. Always teamwork.
