2008 Real Estate Resolutions

With 2007 behind us and 2008 in front of us, what are your resolutions in Real Estate?

 I plan to spend more time developing strategies online.  Creating ways of showcasing my listings is my first order of business.  I have posted them on housing blogs with little response. 

Internet Video opportunities for real estate is another area for my focus. Since real estate is primarily a visual medium, it makes alot of sense to take advantage of these new tools by showcasing your listings with video.  Should you see my listings on UTube?

 How about Linking your listings to other websites?

 How have you showcased your listings online recently?

I don't have any Real Estate Resolutions, but I do have a few goals.  Meet face-to-face with at least 2 people a week.  Doorknock my farm and introduce myself (I did this yesterday and oy do my feet hurt.  lol) and lastely remember to follow up.
