Charlene is the poster child for the PERFECT Chapter President. In a very short period of time Charlene has 18 chapter members, she is having regular chapter meetings, she got the owner of C2 paint line to speak at one of her meetings and she secured a deal for them to give her chapter members a 10% discount. I have no doubt that Charlene will take this chapter and her members to new levels. Congrats Charlene!
RESA State President: Sharon Ahrens

I cant say enough about Sharon. Sharon contacted me many months ago wanting to get involved with RESA. Sharon has been a supporter and believer in RESA from the first day she read about it. I work on many projects at a time and Sharon is always there for me to bounce ideas off of, give input, etc. She has great ideas and cares about this industry. Congrats Sharon!
RESA RVP: Michelle Minch

Michelle Minch was also a believer in RESA from the beginning. She stepped up to the plate to take on the Regional Vice President Position for California, Nevada and Hawaii. Michelle is one of the busiest stagers I know and she still makes time for RESA. We work on project via email and she is always there to give input and suggestions. I was able to meet Michelle a few months ago when I took a trip to Los Angeles and she is just as great in person as she is here in the rain. Congrats Michelle!
RESA National Board Member of the Year: Sheron Cardin

And Finally Sheron Cardin. Can I say it's al her fault!! A little over a year ago I had the idea to start a trade organization. Not a new idea of mine because I was contacted by stager after stager telling me our industry needed this. Well long story short I had already been talking with Sheron on AR and I was on the fence about what to do for my next career goals etc. I ran this idea past Sheron about starting a trade organization. We bounced ideas back and forth. (she is the best collaborator) Sheron was the one that convinced me to start RESA. With Sheron's help, feedback, advice and personal strength RESA was born. Sheron gives me feedback any time I need it day or night. She has great ideas and I could not be doing this without her.
I would like to personally congratulate not only the RESA Leadership Award recipients but the entire leadership team at RESA. I could not do any of this without each and every one of you. Your feedback, ideas and support are priceless and I am grateful for each of you. I feel so grateful that I get to work with such talented people each day. I get to work on many projects at a time because each of you stepping up and working with me.
I want to again congratulate each of the RESA Industry Award Winners again. The voting in each category was very close and everyone nominated is a winner!!
The actual awards will be ordered this week and I will have them delivered to each of you and all of the nominees will also get a nominee certificate.
Congrats to all!!
CONGRATULATIONS Ladies!! What a fine group of winners and more importantly, a wonderful group of colleagues! These awards are well-deserved and something for each person at AR and throughout the industry to aspire towards in their staging career!
Thank you to Shell for taking up the task of creating RESA. I am glad that Sheron helped you find the path to develop a new association for us all to join and become a team together in this industry. I am proud to be a member of RESA and a part of the community here at Active Rain. Like many, I would be lost without the support and constant ideas which flow here each day!
The generosity of these winners is unparalleled and I hope that we will have an opportunity to meet each one of you in person some fine day in the not so distant future!! I am proud of each one of you!! Congrats!! (Popping of champagne cork....whooo-hoooo!! Claps, cheers, fireworks and more!)
Warmest Regards-Kathleen G
PS-Congratulations to all of the nominees!! Each person contributes a great amount to the Home Staging industry and I hope you know that it was a tough task choosing between everyone. Feel good about your well-earned nomination because every one of you professionals deserved it! : )
