If your home was foreclosed or at any point in the foreclosure process between January 1, 2009 and December 31st, 2010 you may qualify for a foreclosure review. In order to be eligible:
- The property must have been your primary residence.
- The property must have been in or foreclosed on between January 1, 2009 and December 31st, 2010.
- Your loan must have serviced by the 27 participating servicers.
Should the review find any injury deficiencies, errors, or misrepresentations you may be eligible for compensation.
