OH! What a GRRRRRReate picture! Someting to be said about those baby blues. Congratulations on being a Grandma and on your fistt grandchild's birthday.
Thank you Doug and Ed. Every moment is so precious isn't it? I am glad that he lives near me so that I can watch his little life unfold one day at a time. What a super blessing. Can't wait to see him today! I am sure that I will be posting a ton of pictures. :)

How wonderful that you live near Cayden and be in his presence on a regular basis. In the crazy world of real estate, I'm sure he provides just the levity that you need! I know you will enjoy celebrating this big day and all of the milestones ahead.
Thanks Pete and yes, current picture. Julie, you are so right that living near this little one does keep my life in balance. When I need a day off, I love keeping him. He keeps me perfectly grounded for sure.

I too was fortunate to be at the hospital when my grandchildren were born.

Paula, I know you are enjoying him very much. In a few years i should have grandchildren. I got a late start gettin married and having kids.
Congratulations. Spoil him rotten adn then send him home. That is what our parents do with the grand kids.
Happy Birthday to your little grandson Paula! The 1st one is so very special (well and the 2nd, 3rd ... ;-) I look at my girls in wonder and wish that time would just slow down a little bit, they are growing up way too fast.

Happy Birthday Sweet Cayden!!! He is such a lucky little boy to have Paula as his Grandma! He is definitely loved beyond measure! And to the comment about Paula's picture being current, I can attest to that it is! She is just as beautiful in person! Wonder where Cayden gets those eyes?

Thanks to you all so very much! Cayden had a wonderful birthday and it was so much fun. He didn't much like the cake though. Couldn't figure out the stickiness of the icing. He just threw it on the floor and it was funny. Somer - I will be calling you soon to get some new pictures made. You did such a great job with these.
