This new law didn't stop foreclosures in Nevada, just slowed down the process a bit and will make the fraudulent ones stop.  PLEASE NOTE THE BANKS CAN AND WILL STILL FORECLOSE!  A SHORT SALE IS STILL THE BEST OPTION FOR A DISTRESSED AND UNDERWATER HOME OWNER!  Contact my team today for the answers you need while you can still meet the deadline for the Mortgage Debt Relief Foregiveness Act that expires Dec 31, 2012.  Act now!

John, thanks for the comment on my post.  I am finding that so many people are confused still thinking that foreclosure is forever stopped and they will never lose their home.  I am trying to help educate for all of us.  To many people are still under water and need to short sell their home and start with a clean slate.

Make it a great day!

I heard Nevada leads the nation in unemployment and foreclosures, is it really that bad or is the news just blowing more hot air.

Charles we were certainly in the top few for quite a while.  Right now the foreclosures have slowed down for a bit .  Unemployment does continue to be high here.
