How far would you go to close a $35,000 sale and pay a referral fee too?
I recently closed my third sale in the past few months. It happens to be in a 55+ community known as Lake Clarke Gardens, located in Lake Worth, Florida. To me it offers a lot of value, great location and is maintain very well. The prices range from $25k-50k on average along with various floor plans from 1-2 bedrooms.
We all know time is a valuable commodity that can’t be replaced, so should your customer. I had a great client that I received through Movoto, and worked this deal mainly through pictures and emails. In a way sight unseen. As you know by already looking at the price tag the commission and referral fee would net a great sum.
The difference is I don’t look at this way and never have. I have learned in my 28 years that a door that opens has the potential to lead you to a key that opens many more. Never waste the opportunity by counting dollar signs, for you may miss what is around the corner.
