 After answering the prospect's question I asked how she found me. "Well, we typed in the town and you and two other agents showed up. My daughter said  to call you because of all your stars".

 Those stars sure weren't from my T-Ball days! It seems that the prospect found me on Zillow. The stars are based on past client reviews. The higher the review, the more stars earned.

 I have to admit  not requesting a review after every transaction. With the madness that is 2012 Escrow Land, often this gets pushed to the back-burner.  But with pretty much every consumer online, this needs to take priority.

 Odds are this needs to be done very quickly after escrow while the transaction is fresh in the consumer's mind. A heads up at closing and an email link that day should work. Follwed by a call 2 days later if not completed.

 Will this prospect lead to a closing check? Who knows? But what matters is this prospect picked me from a lineup because of a few simple reviews. And that's a nice place to start!
