To your point, the living room is so important because it's usually the first room you see, where you entertain and spend family time. Hi Kathy ~ the right furniture placement makes ALL the difference ... as shown so expertly in your photo examples. In the first set of photos, the art placement was all wrong "before" and in the second set, glad you got them to lose the curtains! Your staging also added needed color accents in both homes. Kristine....THANKS and I just went in and made those a bit bigger!! That First Impression can make/break the viewing!

Maureen....Thank you and agree that placement plays such a key role. And YES those curtains were GONE...as were the LACE (read....DUSTY) curtains in the Dining Room. The seller was a DREAM to work with and this home SOLD in 1 week!
