30 Comments on NJ Home Stager: Creating Ambiance When Selling
Ambiance I so agree Kristine is a feeling, an emotional connection to a setting. Your photos illustrate that perfectly, and that is what stagers are so good at too.
Hi Kristine,
I couldn't agree with you more! Ambiance does create an emotional connection and your photos say it all..who wouldn't want to buy a house with the ambiance you create!!
There is NO doubt about it! You are THE BEST at creating ambiance! I'm SOLD on Elite Staging and Kristine Ginsberg!
Kristine - Staging isn't just about placing furniture in a room. It's the accessories, artwork, and thought that goes into creating a vignette or a mood that really captures a buyer's heart. To me, that's the true essence of staging. Your photos say it all!
Hi Kris ~ Ambience is what buyers can relate to ... what makes them want to live in a space. Once the home has met their basic criteria (location, price, number of rooms, etc) then the ambience they "feel" there will help them decide if it's the home for them. Staging can really help create that "feeling."
You never disappoint Kristine. Another spectacular assortment of your creative work and your wonderful photos!
Whoops Kristine, forgot to log in, but that's us above...You never disappoint Kristine. Another spectacular assortment of your creative work and your wonderful photos!
Kristine, there is no doubt that staging and the right colors in a house helps sell it...and I understand why Realtors pay you to do it because it comes out FABULOUS!
It definitely is all about the emotion for a buyer and you always do a great job with that Kristine.
Great advice, as always, Kris. And of course, you know I love the pictures. Those images would sell a home in a New York minute. Good show!
Good evening, Little Scorpio. It is amazing what good stagers can do. I can walk into a place and tell whether it has been staged...
Kristine, you capture it all, the details big and small, the emotion, and the total picture. Much continued success to you!
Kristine: It is so true that when purchasing a home you are really buying a lifestyle. That is just one more reason why a seller should hire a Professtional Stager such as yourself to create the ambiance that will welcome new buyers. Great post. "Suggested"
Kristine,
You are so right about the ambiance and creating a life style. And knowing how to convey that is what makes you such an incredible Home Stager!
Have a wonderful week!
Hi Kristine. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.
Your collage is full of great examples of the ambiance you created in your stagings! Love it, Kristine.
Kathy
Hello Kristine,
You do have a magical touch, yes the first 90 seconds are crucial for a buyer to fall in love with a home. Your insight into staging is top notch, It would be hard to believe any prospect that enters a home staged by Kristine Ginsburg would not be on the top of the buyers list of homes to purchase. Great work.
Make it a great day !!
Kristine - each of the beautiful photos in your collage look so fresh and clean. I can tell that they "smell good" and appeal to all of our senses . Thanks so much for your wonderful tips on my post today about House smells...a good stager is an invaluable resource in getting homes sold. D
Thank you everyone for all your comments - I've read them all and appreciate each and every one! Because of time restrictions (mainly taking care and carrying around my 45 pup while her ACL heals) I'd rather stop by your blog and leave a comment there. My hope is that Realtors can print up these kinds of posts that will help their clients understand the importance of preparing their home for sale weather they decide to stage or not. Regardless, every seller needs some guidance when selling their home!
See you soon!
Great work Kristine. These pictures make your staged homes look so much more appealing.
