Today there are currently 8 homes for sale in Cobblestone Farms.

I was at a social gathering tonight with my Taekwondo family which consists of about 10 children ranging from age 5 to about 10. My son and my family really enjoy the company of these people who are concerned with guiding their children with kindness and keeping them out of trouble. We discussed my insights on the real estate and it was a pleasure. I also found out that one of the parents works for HUD. We talked about how things can improve.

Mostly I enjoyed the conversation of how Maricopa real estate really is in a microboom. Yes, we are booming like 2006 but this one feels a little different. Jobs are horrible right now, lenders are not lending any money, and the appraisers are tight on the value. And, yet, we are growing at an extraordinary rate. I hope that we just become more steady and Washington figures out a way to save our economy from further going in the downward direction. Some say this might simply be the last hoorah. i hope not.
