Deer Mountain Lake is one of our Lake Communities and our low dues communities of The Poconos Of PA

Deer Mountain Lake is located in Pocono Township, Swiftwater PA off of Route 314.  It is one of the low dues Communities of the Poconos as all they offer is their Lake for amenities, $100.00 per year.  Their roads are paved and public, maintained by the township. 

There are approximately 63 houses within the Community of Deer Mountain Lake.  Currently there is one home available for sale with the Community.  A lakefront for $229,500, a nice ranch home.  No homes have sold within the Community this year.  Logically that means that this Community could also be classified as a "low turn-over" Community too.

Deer Mountain Lake is located just a mile or two from one of the Poconos Major Employers, Sanofi Pasteur and just a few short miles from The Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville, PA.
