Chino Hills Real Estate and Homes Trends and Prices: If you look at a graph of $/sq.ft. over the past 5 years, you'll see that Chino Hills prices fell until about mid 2009 and then leveled off until early 2011 when they dropped again and remained about level until late 2011 when they declined slightly and have remained about stabel since then. Most of the experts I read forecast that the bottom in prices has occured and minor and slow growth may be ahead for us in the future....let's hope so!
