Agents do you specialize in Selling HUD homes?

I am looking to find agents nationwide to contribute weekly posts at www.KINGofHUD.com with local HUD home market knowledge and updates. It is no different than blogging from Activerain, but it is niched to HUD homes. My goal is to have one agent per city nationwide. This is 100% free for you, and you will help you with getting seen in your local market, and give you some link juice back to your main website.

You need to be willing to do a value adding post once a week. That is it. The post needs to also meet your local and national requirements.

Very interesting concept. It's like ghost blogging in a way. Since I do want to get into this niche for selling HUD homes, this may be the challenge that I need to help boost my presence in this area. One post per week is not bad, since many of us are already blogging everyday.

Another thing too, I have been selling HUD homes as a top HUD agent in Arizona for about 10 years. I love HUD homes. Different markets I love them more than in other markets. Anyhow, with my knowledge on selling HUD homes I do not mind helping any of you who post weekly on how to get out there and gain more market share through things I have done.

It is all about a platform, and us working together to build a platform for your voice to be heard about the rest in HUD homes is one of the solutions. This will be a slow process for me, but for each who joins I believe the process will be fairly quickly. If you can get HTML, etc scripts to allow people to search for HUD homes locally from your page we can work that in. I would highly recommend videoing some HUD homes, and posting as many of them as you can on the site. Become your local KING of HUD.
