Follow the Leader - A Homes For Sale Professional ObservationWe have all played Follow the Leader when we were kids. One would march around the room or through the park and everyone else would follow.

One week ago, I was a guest preacher at a church I had never attended. I was to preach at two different services. I was not leading the worship, but simply preaching. I settled in on the front row. Simply taking it in until I needed to go forward. However, after the second hymn, as I glanced over my shoulder when it was time to sing, I realized everyone behind me was following my lead. It surprised me for just a moment. I was in a strange place, but was expected to know when to stand and when to sit.

As a real estate agent, a homes for sale in Lancaster PA professional, I am usually expected to be a leader for my clients:

  • What are the trends for a neighborhood, community or school district?

  • What is a good offer price?

  • What kind of marketing will we need to do?

I try to always remember that people are watching my every move especially my kids, one of the reasons I give up drinking and cussing when the first was born.
